You know Brewdog, the brewery behind hits like Punk IPA amd Dead Pony Pale Ale?
They want you.
Or, rather, they want your money.
As part of trying to build a stronger brand and company they are doing a call to arms, offering each and all of us to buy shares and become a part of the craft beer revolution. Will you answer the call? I have. I bought a few shares, not with a hope of becoming a millionaire and reach economic superstardom, but rather as a means to get a free beer whenever I have my birthday, and to support Brewdog. After all, I have to admit that even though it is not the most exiting of brews, Punk IPA is one of my “go to brews” whenever I shop at Systembolaget.
However, when they published the pic above they also had a very interesting question attached to it, one that I thought I’d ask you a bit about. This is the deal:
A beer genie appears and grants you a wish of a 12 box of any beer you want (he also happens to run a bottleshop so he’s well supplied you see).
Which one do you go for?
Probably they were aiming for answers that includes Brewdogs own beers (especially when looking at the answers people give on Facebook), but let’s think more free.
Say you get to pic 12 beers. Mixed. Can you name the ones that the beer genie bring you?
I am – as you are probably aware – not a very complicated beer guy. At the moment, I’d say that these beers would have at least one bottle included:
- Ballast Point Sculpin IPA
- Founders Brewery Centennial IPA
- Oscar Blue’s Dales Pale Ale
- Omnipollo Nebuchadnezzar IIPA
- Pang Pang Hökarängen IPA
- …and of course of our own, lets go for my favourite the Heavy MetAle Dead Man’s Hop IPA
…but after that?
So many beers, so many options..
